While Yamamura’s core business is construction, we also collaborate with our affiliated company, Shinjo Development Center Co., Ltd., to propose and broker the revitalization of pre-owned properties and land. Additionally, we have a division that purchases properties such as condominiums, renovates them, and resells them.

Our affiliated company, Shinjo Development Center Co., Ltd., handles the purchase and brokerage of vacant properties. The company also develops residential land, offering large-scale subdivisions to clients who are looking to build their own homes.
