弊社には建築に関する企画、設計をするスタッフが各拠点で活躍しています。
建築をつくる上で、気候風土、周辺環境、使用用途、法律等、条件が多様にありますが、そのような敷地条件を「調査」によって読み込み、ここにどんな空間があったら快適に過ごせるか、人を集められるか、永く親しまれるかを思考しながら「企画・設計」していきます。
敷地条件のみならず、時代の変容にも順応していける企画、設計を心がけて、施主やまちにとって価値のある建築を創造してまいります。
Our company has staff at each location who are actively engaged in planning and designing related to construction.
When creating architecture, there are various conditions such as climate, surrounding environment, intended use, and laws. By reading these site conditions through “research,” we think about what kind of space would allow for comfortable living, attract people, and be cherished for a long time, while proceeding with “planning and design.”
We will create valuable architecture for the clients and the community by focusing on plans and designs that can adapt not only to site conditions but also to the changes of the times.

新築においても改築、再生においてもその土地、建物に相応しい企画、設計をすることが重要です。お客様の御要望を丁寧に聞き届け、実際にプランニング（設計、積算）をして、実際に施工に着手する前の段階から相談を受けることが可能です。
Whether for new builds or renovations, it’s essential to design plans suited to the land and building. We carefully listen to client needs and provide planning support—from design and cost estimates to pre-construction consultations.

私の仕事は、主にマンションや古い家屋、店舗などをリノベーションする際の設計をしています。
以前から古い建物が好きでしたが、快哉湯の工事中の現場を見せてもらったことがきっかけで、入社を決めました。快哉湯は私たちが働くオフィスとなり、時には地域の方々との交流が生まれる面白い空間になっています。仕事の拠点となる街の歴史を知ったり土地に愛着が湧いてきたり、そのような意味でも働きやすい環境だと思います。
私が携わった建物が完成したときにお施主様からいただいた感謝の言葉は、嬉しくて今でも覚えています。
I mainly work in designing renovations for condominiums, old houses, and shops.
I have liked old buildings for a long time. At one point, I decided to join the company after being shown the construction site of Kaisaiyu. Kaisaiyu has become an office where we work, and at times, it becomes an interesting space for interaction with local residents. I think that in terms of getting to know the history of the city that serves as a base for work and developing affection for the land, Kaisaiyu provides a comfortable working environment.
I still remember the words of gratitude I received from the client when the building I was involved in was completed, and I was very happy.
