We specialize in all types of wooden construction.
We have a track record of construction for a wide range of uses, including detached houses, apartment buildings, nurseries, schools, welfare facilities, and commercial stores. In particular, since the Act on the Promotion of Wood Use in Public Buildings, etc. of 2010, our company has seen an increase in the number of medium- to large-scale wooden construction projects.

耐震・免震・制震
ヤマムラの住宅は、2×4・2×6工法によるモノコック構造で高い耐震性を実現。柱や壁の制限が少なく、大空間の設計がしやすいため、吹抜けのある広いLDKなどを望む施主から高い支持を得ています。
Yamamura’s homes achieve high seismic performance with a monocoque structure using 2×4 and 2×6 construction methods. This technique has fewer restrictions on columns and walls, making it easy to design large, open spaces. As a result, it is highly popular among clients who desire features like a spacious LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) with a vaulted ceiling.

東日本エリアを中心に昭和の時代から大手ゼネコン、地場ゼネコンさんよりあらゆる大型建築の内装工事を一手に引き受けてまいりました。木や軽量鉄骨、石膏ボード、仕上げ材等のあらゆる工種の職人ネットワークと共にこの業種の仕事を継続しています。
Since the Showa era, we have been solely responsible for interior construction work for all kinds of large buildings for major and local general contractors, mainly in the eastern Japan area. We continue to work in this industry with a network of craftsmen of all kinds of work, including wood, light steel frames, gypsum boards, and finishing materials.

I am a site supervisor for construction work.
For me, new buildings walk alongside the future of the new residents. On the other hand, I believe that renovations have the charm of creating a new history through different people using historically significant buildings for different purposes.Also, I believe that adding our technology to what the old carpenters created and passing it on to the next generation is one of the charms of renovation.
I aim to create a site that can confidently say it achieves a perfect score of 100 in quality and process, no matter what requests we receive.
