地域福祉の新たな拠点として、埼玉県三郷市に誕生した福祉施設・事務所です。「テラス」の名が示すように、人々が自然と集い、交流できる開放的な空間づくりを目指しました。温かみのある木造在来工法を採用し、ご利用者様にもスタッフにも優しく、居心地の良い環境を実現。準耐火建築物として安全性を確保しながら、地域に開かれた温かいケアの場を提供します。

This welfare facility and office was established in Misato City, Saitama, as a new hub for community care. As the name “Terrace” suggests, we aimed to create an open and inviting space where people can gather and interact naturally. By utilizing warm, conventional wooden construction, we have realized a comfortable and pleasant environment for both facility users and staff. While ensuring safety as a quasi-fire-resistant building, this facility provides a warm, community-oriented place for care.
