ヤマムラで建設した「ふくだのやま あじさい保育園」は、若い世代が安心して働ける環境づくりを支援し、子どもたちが自然の中で育つことを目指したものであり、次世代の地域を担う人材を育む取り組みです。また、地域とのつながりを深め、地域の歴史と未来を紡ぎ、地域社会そのものを再生し、世代を超えてつないでいきます。
The Fukuda no Yama Hydrangea Nursery, built in Yamamura, supports the creation of an environment where young generations can work with peace of mind, aiming for children to grow up in nature. It is an initiative to nurture human resources that will be responsible for the next generation of the community. Additionally, it deepens connections with the local area, weaves together the history and future of the region, revitalizes the community itself, and connects across generations.

大正15年築の蔵をリノベーションし、現在は「新庄KURAぷりん」の店舗として生まれ変わりました。2階スペースも利用可能で、趣ある雰囲気の中でゆったりとお過ごしいただけます。
Originally built in 1926, this traditional storehouse has been renovated and now operates as the shop “Shinjō KURA Pudding.” The second floor is also open for use, allowing visitors to enjoy the nostalgic and charming atmosphere.
「ふくだのやま あじさい保育園」は、山形県新庄市の福田山工業団地内にある企業主導型保育施設です。若い世代が安心して働ける環境づくりを支援するとともに、子どもたちが自然の中でのびのびと育つことを目指しています。
“Fukuda no Yama Ajisai Nursery” is a company-led childcare facility in Shinjō City, Yamagata. It supports young workers and provides a natural environment where children can grow up freely.
