リジェネレーションとは、「再生的」「繰り返し生み出す」という言葉ですが、

ヤマムラのルーツである新庄市の製材業は、地元の木材、特に金山杉の活用を積極的に行なっています。木材の伐採から製品加工、販売まで自社で一貫して行い、乾燥施設や大型木工機械を導入することで、木材の強度を維持し利用率を高めています。これにより、地域の豊かな森林資源を循環・再生させ、その価値を最大限に引き出し、地域材から建物、そして地域の未来へとつないでいく取り組みです。昔からの大工さんの技術に、新たな技術を加えながら、次へとつないでいく精神も根付いています。
Yamamura’s roots are in the lumber industry of Shinjō City, where local wood—especially Kaneyama cedar—is carefully used. From harvesting to processing and sales, all steps are handled in-house, with modern equipment ensuring quality and efficiency.
This cycle supports the regeneration of local forests and connects regional materials to buildings and the community’s future. Traditional craftsmanship lives on, enhanced by new technologies and a spirit of continuity.

建設事業では、戸建住宅から大規模木造建築まで、幅広い木造建築物の建設を手掛けています。単に構造物を作るだけでなく、そこで人が暮らしたり活動したりすることで、その人々の未来と共に歩む建物を生み出します。またリノベーションでは歴史を刻んだ建物を違う用途で利用することで、新たな歴史を刻むことに魅力を創造していきます。お客様の要望に応え、計画・設計から施工まで一貫して対応することで、建物の長期的な価値と地域の景観に貢献し、建物を未来へ、人々の暮らしを地域社会へとつなぎ、豊かな地域社会を再生していきます。

企画・設計事業では、お客様のニーズに合わせた設計を重視し、コストや周辺環境も考慮に入れた提案を行っています。住宅事業では、耐火性・耐震性に優れた2×4工法を採用し、狭小地でも開放的なLDK空間を実現するなど、住む人の快適な暮らしを再生する設計を追求しています。私たちは、お客様の想いや夢を具現化し、快適で安全な暮らしを未来へとつないでいくことを使命としています。お客様のニーズに応える設計を通じて、地域社会のアップデートに貢献する住まい・建物づくりを目指します。

不動産事業では、中古住宅の売買・再販を行う「ツギノテ」を運営しており、新しい時代・人への「次の手」と歴史を継承する「継ぎの手」を融合させ、過去から未来へ住宅価値を確実につなぎます。古くなった住宅に新たな価値を付与し、資源の循環と既存資産の有効活用を図ることで、地域社会の持続可能な住まいを再生しています。関連会社「株式会社新庄開発センター」では、中古物件や改修物件、新築物件、ペットと暮らせる物件など、多様なニーズに応じた物件を紹介し、住まいと人、そして未来を確実につないでいます。

ヤマムラの「建物再生室」は、地域に根付く建物の魅力や「らしさ」を発見し、未来へつなぐプロフェッショナル集団です。歴史ある建物を丁寧に再生・活用することで、まちの記憶を積み重ね、人々の想いを過去から未来へとつなぎます。東京サテライトオフィスである「快哉湯」は、1928年の銭湯をオフィスと交流ラウンジとして再生したものであり、地域とのつながりを育み、古いものと新しい価値をつなぐ象徴となっています。新庄市のエコロジーガーデンにも拠点を持ち、文化財を日常的に活用して保存していく取り組みを実践。日本の「残す」文化を発信し、地域を再生・アップデートしていきます。
